The stay
Nestings is a charming farmhouse in Alpine, set among rolling paddocks with privacy, farm animals and space to unwind. It's close to the best of the Highlands: wineries, golf courses, cafes and venues.
Grandparents, cousins and kids can all stay together and still spread out comfortably. The main house and the cottage sit a few metres apart, so everyone has their own corner.
Directly across the road from Villa Navarra, it's an easy base for wedding weekends.
Spaces
The renovated main house sleeps 6, with an extra single sofa bed and a cot if you need it, plus 2 bathrooms. The lounge has a slow-combustion fire with plenty of firewood for cold Highlands nights.
Just a metre or so from the main house, the cottage sleeps up to 4 with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect for grandparents, a second family, or teenagers who want their own space.
From April 2027 the property adds another 2.5 rooms (king, bunks and cot) and a fourth bathroom.
Farm life
Kids love meeting the farm animals and the cubby house a few metres from the main house. Grown-ups love the outdoor spa, the BBQ and outdoor dining, and a fire under the stars.
